Help CenterAfter having completed your booking on the Headout website/app, it generally takes anywhere between 5 to 30 minutes for you to receive your final tickets. You can read more about it in the article titled Instant Confirmation.
However, there are instances where it might take longer to receive your tickets. One such example is when your booking is for a future date. Any booking that is more than 2 weeks away can be understood as a future booking. While not always, in certain situations, our local partner might only be able to process your tickets closer to the date of your experience.
While we understand this is not ideal, we would like to reassure you that your booking is definitely confirmed. Our team is constantly working to fulfill your reservations in time and the tickets will be sent at least 7 days before your experience date without fail.
