Christmas Spectacular - Tickets Redemption

Once you receive the mail in your inbox from Headout. Click on the link mentioned in the mail to accept the tickets.

Note: We recommend you click on the link via your smartphone so that the tickets can get directly added to your device wallet (iOS/ Android). 

Click on the Sign-up option on Ticketmaster  

1. Enter your Email Address [Note: Make sure you use the same email ID that you used while making this booking] 
2. Enter the Password of your choice
3. Enter your First Name
4. Enter your Last Name
5. Select your Country of Residence [Note: Select “Others” as an option, if you don’t find your country in the drop-down list]
6. Enter your Zip/Postal Code [Note: If you have selected others as your Country of Residence, please skip this]
7. Click on Next

8.Enter your phone/contact number that you used while making this booking 

• Select your country code from the drop-down list and enter your phone number
• [Note: Select “Others” as an option, if your country code is not available in the list]
• If you have selected “Others”, please add your country code in the text field followed by your phone number.
• Click on the Next Button 

You will receive a one-time code on your phone number [Note: If you didn’t receive the code, you can click on “request a new code”] 

9.Enter your one-time code 

10.Click on Confirm to continue 

11.Then, click on the Agree button to accept the terms of use

12.You will then be redirected to your ticket dashboard where you can click on Accept Tickets to accept the bookings

Congratulations, after clicking on the Accept button, you can now directly add your tickets to your device wallet (iOS/ Android). And use the QR code to get in. 

Important Note: If you are using your browser, please sign in via your mobile device to add the tickets to your wallet (Apple Wallet/ Google Pay), this is important as the venue needs to scan the barcode - which would be available on mobile only. Also, screenshots/ printouts would not be helpful, your phone is your ticket, so please carry the same post adding the tickets to the wallet.
