All our experiences have a separate cancellation policy that can be found on their respective experience page under ‘cancellation policy’ or under the description of the experience.
Headout’s experiences can broadly be categorized into:
- Strict Cancellation Policy: Cannot be canceled, amended, or rescheduled.
- Moderate Cancellation Policy: Get a full refund on canceling this ticket up to 72 hours (or above) before the schedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability/additional charges.
- Flexible Cancellation Policy: Get a full refund on canceling this ticket up to 24 - 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.
Please note the cancellation policy varies for each experience and we would kindly request you to check the same before confirming the booking.

How much is the cost of cancellation/reschedule if the booking is within the policy?
We provide free cancellation for all our experiences if they fall within the policy. There can be a small fee charged to reschedule a booking, the information regarding the same will be mentioned under ‘cancellation policy’.
If my request for cancellation is not within the cancellation policy can I at least reschedule it?
Any and all changes (amendments, modifications, rescheduling) can be made to a reservation only if it's within the cancellation policy mentioned on the experience page.
If the cancellation policy means I can cancel 24 hours in advance from the scheduled time does it also mean I can reschedule the booking 24 hours in advance?
Yes, that is correct. If you have booked an experience that has a super flexible cancellation policy of 24 hours, you can cancel or reschedule the booking 24 hours before the start time as per the availability.
