Changing tour options

Amendment policy for any Headout experience is in line with its cancellation policy. If an experience allows cancellation, then we may be able to make changes to your booking. However, if an experience cannot be cancelled after the reservation is made, then we will not be able to change the tour options. 

If you have viewed the cancellation policy for the experience you have booked with us and your reservation is abiding by the cancellation policy, kindly contact our support system and we will assist you in making the required changes

If your reservation is already past the cancellation timeline, accepting or denying any modification request is upto the sole discretion of our local operator. We cannot commit if we will be able to accommodate your request, but we will definitely try our best.

Some questions you might have

 

My booking is within policy and I want to change my tour. The other experience costs more/less than the present experience, how do I pay extra/get a refund for the difference?

If your booking is within policy and we are able to change your tour, the following options will be available to you: 

  1. Special payment link: If the other experience costs more a special payment link will be sent to pay the difference amount. Once the amount is received, new tickets will be sent. 
  2. Coupon code/Headout credits: We can refund for the current reservation in the form of coupon code/Headout credits that can be used to book the other experience on the website according to your convenience.
