Ticket Delivery Method

Headout only sends you a booking confirmation email and NOT e-tickets that can be redeemed at the theater. You will need to follow the instructions given in the email to collect your tickets from the Headout Host who will be waiting outside the theater.

 

Our Host will be wearing a Yellow 'HEADOUT' bib/a beanie (during winter) and will be standing exactly at the Host Point mentioned in the confirmation email. The Host will be at the location 30 minutes prior to the show start time and will wait for 15 minutes after the show starts. If you fail to collect the tickets within this time frame, you will be marked as a no show.

 

You will also receive an email/SMS one hour prior to the show start time with the live location to track our Host along with his/her contact details.

How do I know where will the host be waiting on the day of the show to hand over the tickets?

The host will be at the โ€˜Host Pointโ€™ which will be a location near/around the theater. The Host Point will be sent to you via email with the image of the host point for better reference. You will also get a live location link to track your host an hour before the showtime. 

 

What do I show to the host to get my tickets?

You will have to show the Headout confirmation email with a valid photo ID to collect your tickets.

 

I want to know the host point for a show beforehand. What should I do?

The Host Point will always be near/around the theater and the theater location will be provided on the experience page. Though, if you want to know the exact point kindly contact our support system for the same.
