Most Headout experiences do not require you to print your voucher/ticket. You can check whether this is applicable for your preferred experience on the product page by looking for the mobile icon: �

However, some tour operators may require customers to print their tickets/vouchers. These experiences will not have the mobile icon on their Headout page. We recommend checking the “My Tickets” section to confirm the ticket type (print/mobile).�

Tip: If you are having trouble finding a place to print your tickets, you can try doing so from your Hotel Reception or from any nearest FedEx store.

I cannot print my tickets at all. Can I print them at the venue?

Unfortunately, the information has been provided by the venue that they only accept printed tickets due to which we provide the information on the experience page. Kindly check logistics before making your reservation.
