How can I access & view my credits status, balance and redemptions?
Upon successful completion of purchase & payment, you will receive an email containing a link to access your account on Headout.com. Once you click on this link, you will be redirected to your account. Here you will be able to see the credits purchased. This amount will be used towards any purchase on headout.com and will be adjusted against the total payable. Only the user buying credits for self or gift receiver in case of gifted credits will be able to access, view and use the credits.
Whats the validity of headout credits?

Are there any restrictions or limits on the use or redemption of gift cards/ credits?
- Any coupon code/ discount code will not be applicable for purchases using/redeeming credits whether paid fully using credits or partially.
- Credits can not be used to buy any product outside those offered by headout.com
- Credits can not be redeemed for cash or transferred to any other person except required by law.
- Credits can be used to buy any product on headout, except "Headout credits, Headout futures"
How can I use or redeem my credits balance towards purchase?
You can buy any products listed on headout.com by using the credits, except for restricted products such as “credits, gift cards, futures”.
Detailed steps for use/ redemption of credits:
- Go to www.headout.com → Click on the “Sign In” button on the top right corner of the page → You can login through “Google, Facebook or using your email”. Make sure that you use the same email address that you used to purchase the credits if you bought them for yourself, or the email ID on which you received the email informing you about the gifted credits (in case you have received credits as a gift), while logging in.
- If you choose the option of “Continue with email” to login → Enter the relevant email ID as mentioned in above point and click on “Send link” button.→ You will receive an email link to access your account in your inbox.
- Go to your email inbox →You will receive an email with a “Login link” to access your account → Click on the link provided in email and you will be “Logged In” on Headout.com and will be redirected to your account page which will reflect the amount of credits in your account.
- Once this is done, browse through the website & select the desired product that you wish to purchase. Select the desired product - “Date, time slot & Pax” and proceed to the checkout step.
- On this step, your credits balance will be automatically applied against the “Payable amount” and additional amount if any after applying the credits will be shown as payable. If no additional amount is payable at checkout, the same will be shown as Nil.
- Enter your details such as Name, Email ID & Phone number and Click on “Confirm and Pay”. Once the transaction is successful, you will see the confirmation page once your booking is completed.
Can I change, cancel or transfer my credits?
No, these credits are non transferable. They can not be cancelled or exchanged for cash but can only be redeemed against the eligible products on Headout.com.
