Help CenterYou can easily gift an experience to your loved ones. Just ensure that you provide the name of the lead traveler (the person you're gifting to) in the guest details section while making the booking.
Note: For certain experiences, a security/identity check may be required and guest (s) may face issues if the name on the ticket doesn’t match the name on the ID of the ticket holder. Please make sure you provide the name and details of the person who will be taking the tour.

I made the reservation on my name but it was a gift for someone else. Can I change it?
It will only depend on the cancellation policy of the particular experience if you are able to change the name of the traveler after the booking is made. Kindly check our cancellation help page for more details on how to check the policy of the experience you have booked.
