What are Headout credits? 

Headout credits are essentially the virtual money that is available in your Headout wallet. This can be accessed by signing in to your Headout account through your email ID. Credits can be acquired by booking any Headout experience that provides a cashback. You can take a look at this article for more information.  

How do I access and use my credits? 

You will be able to see the cashback amount you will receive on making a booking, right before you complete the payment. To check the total cashback available, click on your profile in the top right corner and click on 'Credits'. These credits can be used for all future bookings on the Headout website and will get automatically applied before making a payment. Take a look at this article for more information. 

What is the validity of Headout credits?

Headout credits will remain valid for 365 days from the date of addition. 

Are there any limitations to using Headout credits? 

Headout credits can only be used on the Headout website. The credits cannot be used partially for one booking. They also cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. The credits are non-transferable. 

How long do I have to wait to receive the credits? 

Credits are transferred to you immediately after making a booking. In case of a pending refund, you can opt to get refunded in Headout credits which will be immediate, whereas a refund to your bank account may take a few days to process. 

What happens if I cancel a booking I received cashback for? 

The cashback received on this booking will be canceled and your wallet will not have any credits.
