Conversion Fee

All Headout experiences are charged in the domestic currency of the city the experience is located in. If you make payments in a currency different from the local currency of the experience, your credit or bank card issuer may apply a currency conversion rate or fees to your payment. We request you to please contact your bank or credit card issuer to learn more about what fees may apply as Headout does not charge any conversion fee.

Example: If you're an American purchasing a London Theater experience with an American credit card, your bank will apply a currency conversion rate and charge the relevant amount in Pounds.

Cross-border fees

If extra fees appear on your bank statement, or the amount charged differs from what appeared on the Headout checkout page, please contact your credit or bank card issuer. If your bank considers Headout's processing entity as international, you may be charged cross-border fees by your bank even if the charge was processed in the original currency of your payment method. If the fees were added by your card-issuing bank, Headout will not be in a position to refund them.

How can I know if an additional fee will be charged to a booking?

You are requested to check with your bank in advance if they will charge a fee by providing them with the city you will be booking a reservation in.
