Cancellation Policy

Everything you need to know about the COVID-19 cancellation policy:

 Am I eligible for a refund?  

 A full/partial refund will be provided if any of the below criteria are met. 

  • The venue is closed
  • If you are COVID positive
  • Flight canceled operations
  • Current restrictions do not allow you to travel
  • The Tour operator confirms a refund

Refund Options

For those eligible for a full/partial refund as per the cancellation policy and the scenarios below, one or both of the options mentioned will be provided as a refund method:

 1. Headout Credits

A full or partial refund can be received in the form of Headout credits. The credits can be used to book your upcoming Headout experiences. Detailed instructions will be provided via email. 

2. Refund to Original Payment Method

A full or partial refund can be received to your original payment method if the booking falls under the COVID-19 cancellation policy.
