<p>Depending on the experience booked, you may have the option to cancel your reservation a certain number of hours before the experience start time, while some experiences may not be eligible for cancellation.</p>
<p>Should the policy permit, you can proceed to our <a href="https://headout.com/help" target="_blank" rel="noopener">help page</a> or "My bookings" tab on the app to cancel the booking.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Once the cancellation is confirmed, we process the refund within 3 to 7 business days. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.</p>
