Cancel Reservation

Before initiating a cancellation, please review the cancellation policy applicable to the experience you've booked with us.

Depending on the experience booked, you may have the option to cancel your reservation a certain number of hours before the experience start time, while some experiences may not be eligible for cancellation.

Should the policy permit, you can proceed to our help page or "My bookings" tab on the app to cancel the booking. 

Once the cancellation is confirmed, we process the refund within 3 to 7 business days. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Some questions you might have

My booking starts at 11 AM on 7th December and it has a 24-hour cancellation policy. What is the last time that I can cancel it? 

You should cancel your booking any time before 24 hours from the start time of the booking. For example: if your booking is for 11 AM on 7th December kindly cancel it by 10:30 AM on 6th December or before that.
