For any Headout experience, our Best Price Guarantee protects you if you find a lower price for the same tour. Send us the website link and a screenshot of the tour you found online for a lower price and we'll refund the difference. It's that easy! Just follow these steps: 

  1. Make a note of your Headout reservation number. 
  2. Take a screenshot (the whole page) of the price you found online and include the link as proof.
  3. Email us the entire information at support@headout.com.
  4. We will review your material and get in touch with you within 24 hours.
  5. If everything checks out, we will refund you the difference between the two prices. 

A few points to keep in mind:

  1. The website should exactly match the package/tour/activity bought at Headout.
  2. It should be for the same number of people without any discounts/offers and for the same date/time. 
  3. The final price after adding taxes and VAT will be considered.
