- Take a screenshot (the whole page) of the price you found online and include the link as proof.
- Email us the entire information at support@headout.com.
- We will review your material and get in touch with you within 24 hours.
- If everything checks out, we will refund you the difference between the two prices.
A few points to keep in mind:
- The website should exactly match the package/tour/activity bought at Headout.
- It should be for the same number of people without any discounts/offers and for the same date/time.
- The final price after adding taxes and VAT will be considered.
